  • I value equal communication with all fans!
    Therefore, interactions aimed at personally getting closer to fans in private exchanges such as DMs or emails, where the conversation cannot be seen by others, are not conducted for the purpose of building personal relationships.
    Please understand that if I receive a DM from a fan regarding a personal matter or a question about learning Japanese, I generally won't be able to respond. (This applies to everyone, so don't be discouraged if you don't receive a reply!)

    *In cases where urgent matters, fan art data files, or gifts via giftee are sent, I may reply to acknowledge receipt of the content, but further exchanges will not be conducted.

    Of course, receiving messages of support is truly encouraging as a VTuber!
    If you'd like, I'd be very happy to receive messages via platforms like Marshmallow or X (Twitter) replies.

  • Training AI with or feeding AI all content related to me.

    Live2D illustrations, name logos, icons, headers, emotes, screenshots of streams, design reference sheet, images or videos posted by me on social media, my voice, derivative works such as fan art created by fans, and all others.

  • Unauthorized reproduction of my content.

  • Unauthorized use of my creations (icons, headers, etc.).

  • The act of creating and publishing content with expressions as described in the following 1-6.

  1. Impersonating me or the official account, or anything that might cause misunderstanding or confusion with the official representation.

  2. Content that violates public morals, or is antisocial.

  3. Content containing specific ideologies, beliefs, or religious or political themes.

  4. Content that significantly damages my public image.

  5. Content that damages the honor, dignity, or rights of third parties.

  6. Any other content deemed inappropriate by me.

💡 In these guidelines, "derivative works" refer to activities that involve adding new creativity or ideas to the original content.
Copying or using the original content without adding creativity does not constitute derivative works, so please be mindful of this.💡 The "derivative works" referred to in this guideline are limited to my Live2D illustrations only.
The copyright for materials such as name logos, emotes, illustrations for merchandise, and other materials used in live broadcasts belongs to their respective artists, so please refrain from modifying, altering, adjusting, reproducing, or using them without permission.


✦ About Fan Art ✦

  • Please note that I may use fan art posted on social media with the hashtag #NakoMoonArt for activities, so please be aware of this in advance.

  • While Adult-oriented (R-18) derivative works are acceptable, please consider excluding them from searches.

  • Please refrain from creating grotesque expressions (R-18G).

  • Please refrain from using AI as part or whole of derivative works.

  • You may draw my costume, hair, accessories, etc. from your imagination, but please refrain from changing the design so that I look like a completely different character.

  • When using portrait illustration makers or character creation functions in games, please include explanations such as "using ○○ maker" or "game name: ○○."

  • Requests for fan art on platforms like Skeb are also appreciated.（What is Skeb?）
    Please let the illustrator know that "Nako Moon may use the illustration in her VTuber activities (but will not make it into merchandise)".
    If possible, requesting a "PSD file with separate layers for character and background" or a "background-transparent .png file" would be greatly appreciated for easier use in thumbnails, etc.
    If you wish to send the artwork files to me, please do so via DM on X (Twitter).

  • I only permit the creation of merchandise based on your own fan art for personal enjoyment purposes.
    Please refrain from commercializing or selling such merchandise for profit.

Therefore, the creation of clipped videos is highly welcomed!I would be delighted if you could create "Original clipped videos" compiled with highlights or "Subtitled videos" in Japanese or other languages while adhering to the following rules:

  • You can post your clipped video on your own YouTube channel, X (Twitter) account, etc.

I hope you will check my the guidelines for derivative works and enjoy creating them.This reference sheet is available as a resource for everyone to draw fan art, etc.
Using Nako Moon's reference sheet for any other purpose, or having AI learn or load Nako Moon's reference sheet or Live2D illustrations into AI, is prohibited.Also, because this is my precious Live2D illustration, the entire image has been coarsely processed.
(Actual Live2D illustration does not have this kind of roughness.)
